Our Mission
At Eastside Empire, we firmly believe in a holistic sports development experience with elite-level skill development and an emphasis on life lessons, mentorship, and team building. Girl’s basketball is not an afterthought here - it is our focus and passion.
We provide a safe and fun environment where kids develop the skills and relationships to help them become the best, most successful and well-rounded versions of themselves in the game of basketball and in life.
The benefits of participation in sports goes far beyond the court. Research shows that sports notably improves physical and mental health, while setting a foundation for greater success in school, business, interpersonal relationships, and more.
We offer team training and skill development, small group and individual training. Players also have the unique opportunity to participate in FASST (Focused Athletic Speed and Sports Training) which develops speed, vertical jump, agility, and basketball specific footwork to improve performance and decrease the chance of injury.
